Help!! Injured neck!!!

So I found my Black Australarp injured last night, I think it was one of the small dogs around here. Anyways it just looked like her feathers were pulled out around her neck and a few scratches. I cleaned her up and put her with her nesting buddy for the night, I figured it would calm her down. Now this morning she is super swollen around her face and will not hold her head up and just wants to close her eyes. I force fed her water just now, she seemed happy to drink it but I don't know what else to do?? If I take her to the vet I know it will be $$$$, so I am trying to avoid that. Any ideas or advise would be great. For now I pulled her inside to rest. I will include pictures thanks so much.

Do you know what might've happened to her?

I am guessing, maybe a smaller dog tried to "play" with her by grabbing her neck? So that is why I am worried it is injured or broken. She did not look this bad at all last night.... but she may have still be working off adrenaline.
