HELP!! Introducing new female to flock!!!

I would wait until she is older. She looks like a baby. Their reproductive system is not ready even if they look bigger. Needs to be laying before romping with a drake.

Can you introduce them through some type of fencing. When introducing younger birds to my older ones- all chickens though, they are separated for some time and even after that time, there tends to be a small "fight" until order is established.

I'm going to get some fencing up and do it that way! Right now she is in a really large dog kennel.
