HELP! Is it too late? Pekin Duck Head Tremors, Imbalance, Diarrhea, Eye Discharge

My Pekin Duck first showed signed of imbalance on Saturday (6/5). My first thought was a broken leg but then I quickly realized it seemed neurological and head tremors began. She was doing okay in the water, drinking, and cleaning herself for the next three days but will not eat any food. She is our biggest girl and is withering away. We took her to the vet Monday night (6/7) and started her on pain meds, antibiotic, and eye drops. Her eyes have cleared up but it seems she is too weak to even attempt walking now. She is mostly laying still, keeping her eyes shut, head up and resting. We have been syringe feeding her green pea baby Organic baby food since Wednesday morning (6/9) to try and get her some calories but it’s a very difficult process. My boyfriend and I are reluctant to crop feed because we do not have the knowledge and do not want to stress our girl more. This is day four of antibiotics but we have seen no improvement. Note that we have three other ducks that were seperated from her immediately and show no symptoms whatsoever. Anyone seen this issue before? I’m having a hard time keeping hope that she will get better and deciding when the right time to let her pass peacefully would be. Do I keep trying or is this too much struggle for her? Now would be the time to learn how to tube feed. If she doesn't eat there is no doubt she will die.

You can go back to the vet and they will show you how to tube feed.

What antibiotics is she on?

First loss being a duck mom. I’ve only ever had fur babies. Harder than I thought! She was so loved and had a nice burial under her favorite tree.
