I've a special case chicken with a broken peak, and today while I was feeling her crop I noticed this thing ): I've no idea what this is, but it looks like a wound to me ? I've never come across anything like this before, please help, she's my favourite hen and I'm really scared it might be anything life threatening? Please note, I don't think we can be able to go to a vet atm ): is there anything I can do with her?

Is this wound on the front, or the back of the bird?

The crop is a sack within the outer shell of skin. Chicken skin "floats", so try moving the outer skin and look at the edges of the wound.

You are able to see this in 3-D, while I can't. If you are able to move the outer skin over this lesion, then it would indicate the wound is on the crop sack as opposed to a wound on the outside of the crop, which would be treated as an ordinary wound. Please perform this maneuver, and then we will be able to further advise you.

It's on her crop
She has a broken beak? How did that happen? Photos?
Are you having to hand or tube feed her? Can she eat on her own?
Is she mobile - can she walk?

It looks like her crop is torn open or cut. Was she injured by a predator? Can you post a picture of the broken beak? Has she been eating or drinking? If her crop is open, the crop contents may spill out onto her skin. Is that happening? Is the crop covered by a membrane or is it open?

I didn't see any predator around recently except a weasel but the weasle only stole the eggs/broke them, since she shares the cage with two other hens at night and they're pretty high from the nesting box (they're hens with special needs so we keep them a bit far from the normal ones) and none of the other hens have any injury so I guess the weasle didn't come close to either of them. Nothing spills out of the wound, in fact it looks a bit old imo, and I noticed it by chance, she is quite normal, eats and flies around, doesn't appear to be in pain? I applied antibiotic on it the other day, not sure if it will help ):

I mix between hand feeding (cutting veggies into small pieces and feeding it to her myself) and tube feeding especially when she drinks water. She can eat mash on her own like if I mix seeds with mashed bread/potatoes, she actually likes it alot but she can create a mess out if it lol. Usually, I let her eat some mash on her own for a while then I'd hand feed her any veggies we have that day, I usually give her two or three types a day, and make sure she drinks some water Infront of me lol (I worry she can't drink on her own, but I still keep some water and a deep bowel of seeds in her cage at night.)

Her peak was broken on its own when she was younger (I have a thread about it, with pics, I'm sorry I don't think I have any old injured pics around, it's just so sad to look at )): ) I used to at first mix eggs with electrolytes when she was a chick and syringe feed her, as she got older I started introducing mash then solid foods.

She can walk, in fact she's also a great flier lol! Especially when she spots a plate somewhere she just can't stay still until she flies towards it, but she grows slower than the rest of her sisters, she also can't lay yet.
