Help malpositioned duckling

Please help. This little one broke through in a malpositioned way yesterday morning. And seems to be having a hard time. I had to slowly break away the shell and this is were we have stopped for now. It's been well over 24 hours now almost 36 and I'm at a stand still. Do I continue to help it? I don't want him to come out to early and not have his yoke completely absorbed. Any advice will help thanks.

Yes, I had to help it hatch all the way. It struggled a lot. But she's here and healthy. Thank you for asking.
