Give the rest of your ducks some niacin too. If one duck is showing signs of a deficiency, it means that the others are somewhat deficient too.

The smallest one they had I have a larger one laying around somewhere

for tubing you need a bigger one. Did you get a tube? Promise me that you will *not* try giving liquids or food with just a syringe because it is very dangerous.

Yes I think I’d give her a week on the liquid b complex before doing water therapy and see where she is on recovery. You might make her a warm soup out of a little feed to see if she can eat it better also just small amounts till you see how she does. Make sure to offer food an water often.

Separate her immediately from any other poultry you have.

Separating the duckling from the rest of the flock would only make the duckling more stressed out. As long as the duckling isn't being bullied it will be fine.
