I think my chicken's wings is infected due to the fact that I saw scab around the swollen, and blue green skin of it's left wing. I have amoxicillin( prescription only for human). What is the dosage, how long and how frequent should I give it, should I incise it or prick it with needle, what should I do?

I am planning to do it few hours from now. Please hurry. She still eats a lot, but she drinks less water today, and she is less active. At least 80% of her left wing is swollen and blue green in color.

Green is the colour of bruising in chickens so may not be an indication of infection. The original post is several years old and the OP may no longer be active on the forum, so I hope you don't mind me replying to you. can you post a photo of your chickens injury. If there is any wound, scabbed or open, it is important to clean it thoroughly. Bathing the scab off if necessary to clean underneath, unless you have already done so. A one time only use of dilute peroxide will do a good job of removing any necrotic tissue and then rinse and apply antiseptic or antibiotic ointment.
