Help!! My duck was attacked.

I found one of my ducks killed this morning, I assumed it was a stray dog. Just now my other duck got attacked by a raccoon. My duck seems to have a bite wound on her back. What can I use or do to help it heal! Any and all help is needed thanks!

Clean the wound out really well with Vetericyn or a saline solution. You can apply neosporin (don't use the kind that had pain relief) or Bacitracin.
Can you take her to the vet, she might need antibiotics.
Can you post a pic of the wound?

The wound doesnt look like its bleeding, and dont want it to start to hemorrhage. Should I cover it with a bandage of some sorts?

You will need to flush the wound. Is that a bone sticking out or just flesh?

Once it's clean and you have applied neosporin you can bandage and wrap it.

Im not sure it looks like i can be but im hoping its just skin. :'( I cant even get close to enough to her now, as soon as she sees my hands towards here she scared and starts trying to jump moving everywhere, the more she does it the more blood comes to the wounds surface. I have betadine solution povidone iodine 10% can I use that?

just need to dab with the solution dont need to rub or anything right? I really dont want to put her in distress

If it was my duck I would pour it on the wound. Then I would let it dry, then apply neosporin and wrap. Put her in a crate and keep her in the house where it is warm and dark. Make sure she has plenty of water. Do you have any nutri-drench or electrolytes?

You could try grabbing her feet and laying her wound side up and then cover her head with a towel.
