Here is a way to make electrolyte water for her:

You can double or triple it to make as much as you need to keep her hydrated and give her a boost.
I would take a break from it after 3 days.

Try to keep her somewhere flies don't get to her and lay eggs in her wound.
Poor duckie. :(

I'm glad your here @shawluvsbirds, because I'm about to fall asleep and I didn't want to leave her hanging.
Oh goodness. . I'm afraid I'm not much help. :hit
I think all you can really do is flush it out the best you can with saline and apply a generous amount of Neosporin or something to try and stave off infection. I think I would try to bandage it until it scabs over pretty good. You may wanna start looking for an oral antibiotic you can give her should it get infected.
@casportpony has a link to one you can order online I believe.

I used a betadine solution poured it on her wound, made her some electrolyte water. She seems calm right now, hope she makes it to thru the night and in the morning I will go to the store and buy Neosporin and some bandaged. Any other things that I should look to get besides the oral antibiotic?

A sack of peas or whatever her favorite treat is in case you need to encourage her to eat. :)
You may only be able to find fish antibiotics over the counter. But I don't know what to suggest as to what kind. Someone else will have to chime in there.
Maybe some vet wrap if you need it to try and bandage her? It looks like it's in an awkward place to try and bandage. :(
Hope she makes it :fl

Ive tried to encouraged her to drink water and eat some lettuce but shes not wanting to. I thinking of making a trip to the the nearest feed store as soon as they open and they have wraps/meds that can help. Yes the wound seems to be right on the back area where the wings make it diffcult to wrap. Since I have her inside Im hoping that the wound has less of a chance to get infected by flies etc..

I bet she'll eat watermelon and doing so will get fluid into her. Please do make sure she isn't where flies can find her. Fly strike can be worse than original wounds.
Chickens generally have very good recuperative powers, if they don't get infected or go into shock.
