I seem to remember reading that you can try giving some coconut oil by mouth. Chill a spoonful in the refigerator, then cut it in slices and place it in the beak. She should swallow it right down. You may need to spend a few hours on this. But eventually, the lump will soften and break apart and then it will go down to the gizzard. If it doesn't, it may mean the gizzard is also impacted. You may need to give her a stool softener such as Dulcolax. Not a laxative.
