Help! My Newborn chicken's yolk sac is out. Can she make it without it?

Broody hen crushed this egg one day before hatching.
I successfully removed the shell, and the chicken seemed to be doing fine, except that her umbilical cord was still open. However, when I woke up, I found her yolk sac like this... And it is not attached to the chick anymore.
What should i do?

It's rough and unpleasant but Scissors, dry ice, starting fluid (ether). It depends what you can get.

I use garden pruners and cut chick's neck.
