help my pigeon has a tummy ache

hello this morning I noticed that my pigeon was acting funny she was standing all alone puffing up and walking super slow it looked like she had a belly ache I think she has cocci but she is super shy I don't know how to give her medicine please help

I went out to grab her and there was not a pigeon to be seen in the barn they must have flew down the neighbors ugh

alright I got her separated in a cage. she's ok I actually think she might be stronger than before. how far do I have to separate them is it like covid-19 were they have too be super far away?
also I'm gonna get corid tomorrow how do I give it to her?
