HELP!!! My sebright has 1 scale that is swelling up!!!

I know it not mites because they have ivermectin and I have had it in my other girls.

So all the birds have been treated with ivermectin....for bugs, or...?

On the weekends I am going in the mornings and afternoons.

So you'll be able to spend as much time there as needed?

My sebrights have been treated with ivermectin. I am treating my Polish tomorrow and my 4 chickens at my house tomorrow night. The ivermectin we put it on their necks where they can’t reach. It is the injectable type but we did not give them the shot.
Yes I can spend a hour or 2 each time I visit my chickens on the weekend. On the weekdays I can spend 45 minutes in the morning and 1 and a half hours after school. This is the setup... the white and blue coop is the one the sebrights are in. There are 3. Also a picture of Lucky soaking her feet..

Mites I think it was like 0.1 cc per bantam. I will check
