Help! Need advice on treating goose attacked by dogs

What can I give my goose,large area with bone exposed at tail to keep from getting infection? He can walk and is drinking water,flapped his wings even tho there is a place there also torn up and the neck. Not bleeding(amazingly). I got there in time to see my neighbors four French bulldogs pulling out feathers( they came under her fence into my pasture through a soft place from the recent rain). Anyone know if I can get penicillin and give a shot in breast? Anything else?

I've had both chickens and ducks recover from some pretty amazing injuries.

If it were my goose, I'd probably flush the wounds with an antibiotic wash (Bandaid Wash works well for us), and stitch them up, if possible. I'd then flush them with the Wash and spray Blue Kote on them every day. I'd give a shot of Tylan every day for three days in the breast muscle. I'd also isolate the goose in a clean, dry place.

Thank you Brickman House, I did not know about the bandaid wash. The Tylan I think the feed store carries- how much for a 10 pd. goose ? Hope the bottle will give an idea. This is so upsetting. Going to the store asap.
