where do I get metal roofing and drywall for the walls? And how do I make it waterproof?

I'm guessing you're in the US? You can find metal roofing panels and plywood at Lowes or Home Depot. They also have roofing screws for the panels that have little seals on them to keep it waterproof once you screw them into the frame. You can use the plywood for walls as a wind block and hardware cloth (you can get this on Amazon for a good price) for a type of fencing.

Try browsing this site or YouTube for ideas. There are some really great videos with step by step instructions. I built my coop and run by myself so I know it can be done but if you have a friend, even better.
