:welcome :frow It appears that you have some eggs developing. The temperature of the incubator can affect the development. I use to discard eggs early on in the incubation but then I started to mark the ones I thought were quitters. To my surprise some of the ones I marked have hatched. I candle now and then a few eggs during incubation but don't toss them out until I do my final candle on day 18 or 19 when I set the eggs for hatching. This thread may help you. Good luck and have fun...

I do not think they made it☹️ there's a blood ring on allot of them , and allot are clear so those probably not even fertilized or very early quiters . At day 13 there's alot to see ...

This article has candling pics and I found it very helpful when I first started hatching. Beside temperature, humidity is important as well. Did you calibrate your thermometer and hygrometer?
The egg in the third pic down on the right side looks good. If you candle in a dark room you'll get a better idea of what's happening inside.

Yes it is set to 100°f and also has been at 50-55% humidity

No I did not i didn't know that you could I have a farm innovator 4250. I ran it for two days prior to putting the eggs in it and watched to make sure the temp and humidity on display was where it should be. Can you calibrate these ones ? Thank you

I think the humidity might be a bit high. I try to keep mine more around 40%, that is when I have had my best hatches. The eggs do need to loose some moisture during incubation. I don't know about calibrating them. I have older Little Giants which are pretty much the same as a Farm Innovator but mine are old basic models.

I don't believe so. Any analog thermometer can be a secondary check. You can buy a cheap hygrometer at walmart and calibrate it before you put in the incubator.
