So the second little guy has hatched. He came out with a lot of blood. Like in the picture. Third guy is picking away but blood is coming out of the egg. I am really confused and I don't know what to do, this is my first hatching ever.

You can get the hatched chicks out if you feel they are doing harm to the bleeder.
DON'T panic about what I'm going to say! The danger of opening your incubator is not only the drop in humidity. There is a danger because the room is colder than the incubator. The pipped chick might get a chill. The shock can be harmful. So make sure that the room isn't chilly.

Thank you for helping me through the panic. When the first one hatched, we weren't home. So I didn't see all that is happening now with the chicks that are hatching. I'm super nervous. :-/

You probably don't have any sav a chick electrolyte do you? You may want to mix a little sugar water. Blood loss can make a chick weak. I'm curious where it's coming from. Did he hatch himself or with help?
The other one that is zipping is not zipping in a normal zipping pattern. If he stalls and isn't out within an hour, I would evaluate his position.

Sorry, for all my questions- I literally know NO ONE who has done this.

Is it normal for them to just lay there panting? No movement but breathing really.
