Help! Pullet seems to have broken foot? Can't walk! *Pics*

Ok she is Screaming for her buddy. and her buddy is screaming back... Should I put her buddy in with her to keep her comfy? boiling eggs now. getting her some water. getting foam cotton and tape for her foot. getting some yogurt. will post more pics here in a while.

she calmed down so I dont think she needs her buddy as her buddy does not cooperate. There was some poop very watery and kinda crusty

I gave her some egg yolks and a tad of egg white... going to give her water... and yogurt...

She ate 3 eggs today (just the yolks) and she is very full haha. Not drinking a lot, but drinking. she can not walk just lays down. Im going to make her a chick shoe in a min. I will buy some yogurt for her tomorrow as I am out. She only pooped 2 times today since she has been in the container. Ah she was very sad when the other chicks went outside and she couldn't.

Ok, here is what I'm going to do. I am going to make her a chick shoe. Then put hock cushions on both legs so she does not rub them and get blisters etc. Thats all I can think f to help her

So My chicken that I found has an injured foot. There is a visible sore to the outside of the foot and the foot itself is swollen. I work in a vet clinic so I just brought the chicken into work with me. The Dr felt it would be best to put the bird on a course of antibiotics and if the limping hasn't lessened any in 2 weeks to bring it back and find out if there is a break. Speckles was prescribed CEFA drops for 2 weeks and the welling has gone down some. If your chicken as some sort of internal infection or abscess going on then antibiotics will help and that foot will straighten out again, as well as combat anything going on internally.

I don't know whether to give her antibiotics or not. She has forgotten how to walk or something else is wrong. I can't really explain it sadly
