Help! Rescue Rooster flying away!

Put him in there! All those giant women he'll be in heaven. He dosen't know he's tiny lol!:gig
Haha, that's what I'm saying. I have three bantam roos (they are with their own kind, not with my full size chickens) and they think they are big n tuff Lil things. They don't know they are tiny. They are fiesty. little dog big bark lol.

I would give him a hen so he will calm down a bit........ he was probably going to the neighbor's side to get it on with their hens. :p

Good advise. Roosters have wondering eyes and no rooster of my acquaintance will voluntarily deprive himself of female companionship except when he is put under hack by a more powerful or war like rooster. Your rooster IMHO is not a rooster but rather a cockerel (look at his spurs) who is looking for a flock where he fits in and where he is able to impress the ladies.

... When getting new [roosters]... the best thing to get them to know is where home is

Unfortunately all a rooster knows about home is that home is where his heart or other un-named body parts are.:love

The best way is a little lower then his stomach and that's true with roosters too.
Put him with your big hens. He isn't too small to be with standard size hens.
I would not put him with a 7 week old pullet. She isn't as mature as him and it won't be pretty for her.
This little guy is only about 2 weeks older but I can see how that could end up not good for her lol
