I have a 7 month old Speckled Sussex rooster that has begun crowing quite a bit, which means I have to rehome him. I haven't the slightest clue on how to do this or where to take him. Does anybody know what I can do, or if rehoming him will cause strain on my hen? She's the only other chicken I have...

You could try Craigslist, you could try a flyer at your local feed store etc.

You could also just put him in the freezer. The sad thing is, there are a ton of excess roosters out there, at least there are in my state, and it can be a tricky thing to find a new home. You never know though, maybe you will be lucky and someone will want him right away.

I agree with Zoomie, but please be careful with that! In my state, my grandpa was talking to a man at Shoppers (a feed store near me, I don't know if your state has it) and the man was actually doing Cock Fighting! :( We ended up with 3 rooster's we weren't planning on, so my grandpa was talking to the man about getting rid of 1 or 2 of them, and the man just outright said he wanted them for Cock Fighting. Ridiculous! My grandpa didn't even report the man, although he was at Shoppers buying chicks!
Sorry to go off on a rant, but please be very careful with Craigslist and putting up flyers. Know who you're selling to/see their farm or garden or wherever they're putting them.

As for your Hen, I know chickens are social creatures, so she might need a buddy or two, but they'll have to be introduced as chicks when she's broody (which might be a bit risky) or you'll have to house them separately until they're the same size and then carefully introduce.
