HELP rooster with white coating on eyes

My rooster got in a fight with some other rooster and he now has white yellow discharge and a white solid coating in his eyes he cant see at all. I would like to get advise on how to remove the costing from his eye.

It sounds like he may have an infection in his eyes. Is it both eyes? Does he have any wounds on his head? Are there any wounds anywhere else that might be red and inflamed?

It can't harm him to put him on a round of antibiotics and see if that helps the condition.
