I need some advice. My poor little bantam rooster got trapped under part of our fence. And he had ripped his neck pretty good. No tares just beaten up. His eyes are swollen shut and i am trying everything i can to keep his alive. He have been giving him probotic and nutridrench for a drink through eye dropper fed. And made a mash with food and have been feeding him by finger tip, and now we have noticed he is getting frothy in the mouth, has a raspy breathing, with his mouth open when he breaths. I thought he was panting but when i give him water he brings it back out. Looking for some care advice. I just want my little boy to live.

How tragic. Poor little guy. Does the froth in his mouth have a pinkish tint to it? He may have injured his lungs which are located just under the area on his back below the neck.

He's probably suffering from shock from being trapped and in pain. Electrolytes or Gatoraid is the best treatment for shock. Do that immediately.

The wounds need to be washed thoroughly and all dirt flushed out so infection doesn't start, if it already hasn't. Then an antibiotic ointment should be smoothed over the wound and this needs to be done every day.

How long ago did this happen?
Can you post some photos?

You mention no tears, just beaten up - were there chickens on the other side of the fence picking at him?

Does he have any blood inside his beak?

Didnt seen any blood inside of his beak. He got his head under a tree root and wedge into a corner of the coop outside fence and couldnt get his head out. I dont know if any other chickens were pecking at him. This happened yesterday evening. He seemed to be doing well but i am worried that his lungs are filling due to me eye droping some water in him when he was panting.

No pinkish tint to the froth. My boy when i try to clean his neck shakes his head and makes his head meet his back and then shakes. Freaks me out. And think he is siezing or going in shock. Any liquid i give him comes right back out.

Wasnt really paying attention to what exact part got stuck as i was in such shock when i found him. I posted photos of him in above comments.
I’m sorry about your boy. Do you know what part of his body was trapped? I would not force any feed or water at this time. Give him a warm, calm place to rest indoors and let him come out of shock. Can you post a photo?

Perhaps his injury and swelling are causing him not to be able to swallow. That could be temporary (swelling may go down, if that is the problem) or permanent if he has nerve damage from neck injury. Have to wait and see, meantime, no force feeding or drinking since if he can't swallow, anything you give him will either come up or flow into his lungs and give him pneumonia. Hoping for the best for you and him... Right now supportive care, keeping him comfortable, not too warm or cold is probably the best you can do, if you have cleaned and examined all his wounds. It is a better sign if he is able to hold up his neck and head... If he caught his head in a tree root, and then struggled, he may have such a severe injury that he won't make it.
