HELP,..someone stranded another Pekin duck at the college pond

What kind of bedding do I use?,..I have been putting down newspapers (for easy cleanup) and hay with a big bowl of water that he can sit in. A bowl of seed with water but it is so hard to get him in a night,..one night I had to leave him out,..I am on a dead end road with a little over an acre and it is all fenced in. I have two large dog houses for him outside,..a homemade one and a big Igloo style but he has not used it yet,..any and all advice is welcomed,...

Crackers needs permethrin spray/dust
it will kill them very quickly

This is Mama (the white goose that died in my arms) and Shorty,..the female Pekin and these are her eggs and the 2 pics of Crackers at my house,..my Avatar is Shorty sitting laying a egg in the morning at the college pond,..can we post videos because I want to share the babies at the pond(8 Mallards and 3 now 2 goslings)???

Precious pics Of Shorty and Mama and horrible about those kids can security do anything to stop them from coming around?

I am with D&L I think you need to treat Crackers with some kind of Permethrin spray or powder. I'd go with spray since the powder is so dusty and not good for anyone to inhale.
