You can use a warm water on a cloth or Q tip and rub that goo to get it off baby
It hardens like cement and the longer it’s left the worse it will be to get it off
I would say you had to high of humidity in incubation time and they were not able to loose the liquid needed
Investing in a hygrometer will help you in the future hatches
But for now you may need to help all these that are hatching
Use Q tip gently around baby’s eyes And beak to keep them clean
Also use the dry q tip and rub around baby to absorb that liquid as the little one finishes it’s absorbing of the yolk
Don’t go far in
If you can put the bator in a bathroom with a shower it will help keep humidity up in that room and heat while working on them

I run my duck eggs at 37.5 throughout both
It’s my humidity I up from 40-45 to 65-70 at lockdown
A customer of mine incubated both my duck eggs and her turkey eggs in the same bator

I use 100*F. I think the exchange rate works out to 37.5* in Canadian rupees.

99.5 I believe
Some do incubate at 100 and all is fine
I just stick with my 37.5 I don’t turn it down for hatching
I will knock it down once the last eggs have hatched as babies don’t need it that high once out
