HELP URGENT RIGHT NOW!!

Stop assuming, there's still hope!

@XChickenCrossingX just ignore anyone who says she's dead.

Hope can't bring a dead animal back to life - GOD can, if He's asked and sees the need, but trust me, she's gone to heaven. :(
I've lost so many chickens to different causes, watched two of them die in my sister's and dad's arms, and even had to make the choice to put almost half my flock down in order to keep the rest from getting sick (crap now I'm crying). My "name" PeepersMama is for the coolest chicken I've ever owned, Peep, and Lord help me cuz i MISS that chicken. A LOT :hit
No joke, I'm in tears now.
The poor girl is in heaven now. Almost every chicken I've found dead (usually from internal laying) has been in that exact position. Could very well be why she died, it kills so fast.... Under 12 hours in my experience.
Believe me i know, it SUCKS to loose a chicken. But they die, as does everything else at some point. :(
@XChickenCrossingX i can tell she was well taken care of. Her feathers are in beautiful shape. :)

You are very brave to have tried to get her help and for trying to do chicken CPR. You didn't do anything wrong and sometimes, no matter what we do, we just can't save them. It's happened to all of us and it's sad, awful and totally stinks. Best you can do is take care of the ones you have left and keep learning. Thank you for trying.

Has your chicken regularly see the dog, or was it the first time? Did the dog walk up and then the chicken panicked, or did it happen while the dog was looking?
my chicken sees my dog everyday up close almost. And then she just ran around paniced then went limp

Birds are prey animals. Even if the bird and the dog have been together before, something can set a bird into a panic. I have had my 23 year old parrot suddenly fly just because the volume changed on the TV. Then she says, "OK OK". She was afraid, and then calms herself by saying what I say. Chickens are smart, but all birds are prey animals and take flight when startled.
