Help! What are these bumps on my dove!?

Please help
My Ruddy ground dove female just started getting these bumps ontop her beak (close to her nostrils) and forehead?
What are they?

I have a quail with the same thing. I'm not sure what it is. It isn't affecting its health as far as I can tell. Keep us posted.

What does the inside of her beak look like ?
Looks like it might be a pox virus.
