When would I know, like how long, if she's going to lose the foot or if I'm in the clear? This is heartbreaking.

I would keeping doing the soaks and the spray for a couple of weeks until you start see healing.

It doesn't look too bad. Clean her foot and she will recover soon..

Just make sure when doing the epsom salt she does drink the water, epsom salt is a laxative.

I agree with frostbite being likely, but is there any chance that she could have been bitten on the foot by anything? Snapping turtle, mice, etc?

She is new to me, so anything is possible. She lived outside
