Help with colour/sex of call ducks?

Hi, we currently have 9 call ducklings that are 5-6 weeks old. Could anyone tell me what colour they could be? Also any guesses on which could be male or female? This was our first time hatching and first time with ducklings so we have no idea! Thanks

They all look like Pastel to me. The males will get a full claret colored bib, so the ones with the darker chests look like drakes to me. I’ve only had one or two female pastels, and I honestly can’t remember if they had much claret on their breasts as juveniles.

Another thing, usually by 6-8 weeks, the females should start finding their voices and they make a louder quack sound. Drakes keep a more raspy peep sound. Have you heard any quacks yet?

Thank you, everytime they see me they all sound like they are quacking! When I pick them up some quack and some do sound more raspy but still sound chirpy like when they are smaller. The darkest one I’m pretty sure is a boy. He’s very quiet and he is a lot darker than all of the others.

Thank you They are lovely little ducks! We have 23 more ducklings that are 1-3 weeks old. A mix of calls, mandarins & a ringed teal so we are waiting to see what those little babies will be too
