Vitamin E will help. I've dealt with it before but I don't remember the details. Consider this a slightly informative bump

You’ll want to get some vitamin E 400IU and give that daily, along with eggs for selenium to help more easily absorb the vitamin E.
I’d also get some B complex and give a 1/4 of a tablet daily as well.

Today, I've given her Vitamin E 400IU, Selenium, and Vitamin B, as well as an egg yolk. I've separated her from the chicks that she was with, given her food and water, and kept her in a warm, safe environment.

How many times a day should I be giving her the vitamins and egg yolk? Also, roughly how long should it take for me to see any improvements?

Hmm, I’d give the vitamins twice a day.
I’d say you should see improvements in no more than a week from now.
