This chick pipped day 21/22 and then died in it's shell the next day. This is what it looks like..what should I think?

Lots of things can go wrong, some have nothing to do with you.
It's yolk hadn't been absorbed as you can see, were there any temp fluctuations or humidity issues? Did the egg tip over after the pip? It could have just tired itself to death, or maybe it had bad organs.
