Ive got 20 laying Bovins and one roo. they were laying great but now two of my hens went fertile and all stopped laying. I live way out in the sticks and would hate to have the hens unguarded by the roo. is there anything I can do to get them to lay again/is it a seasonal kinda thing? or do I just need to get rid of the roo.

The presence of the rooster should not affect your hens egg production unless you had too few hens per roo and he was stressing them, which you don't.
Is it hot where you are? Are your hens molting? Both can cause a decrease or stop in egg production.

im in Arkansas its been 85-95 degrees. no they aint molting. I did move them to a bigger coop to increase flock. its been a week and only have 5 eggs that are being sat on by a broody hen. I used to get 8-9 a day before I combined the other10 hens together

Sounds like the new combined flock may be working the kinks out in the pecking order and they're hot. So not surprising you have less eggs. Plus the stress of a new coop. Chickens don't like change. They will adjust and you'll start getting more eggs again soon.
