Help

Ok so i checked on her today massaged her crop and made her throw up just water came out and theres no foul smell or nothing and her crop was empty so im assuming she does not have sour crop or impacted. I checked her vent for stuck egg nothing there and her lower body is not swollen but what i did notice when she tries running away from me i hear a watery swooshy noise after she threw up of course and shez still lethargic tail up no drooping comb cherry red no nasal discharge or anything
I would not make her throw up again, they can easily aspirate fluids into their airway.
So you hears a swooshy sound when she walks? Does her abdomen feel like it has fluid in it? (Below the vent between the legs)

What happened with any of the smells are those gone?

If she has fluid in the abdomen that is called Ascites (Water Belly).
It is usually a symptom from something like reproductive issues (Internal Laying, Egg Yolk Peritonitis, etc.) or organ dysfunction (heart/liver).

Sometimes draining the fluid can give some relief, but you would only want to drain a small amount at a time and really if the hen is suffering (difficulty walking, labored breathing). If you have vet care that's always best.

So today i checked up on her shes more active she slightlt lethargic but goes out looks better started eating more and drinking water no bullying hopefully good sign
