Help..

Thanks again. You have been great I appreciate all of the help. I will keep updating with what is going on. Hopefully this is the problem and I can treat it and not keep having to try to figure it out. Losing chicks is horrible and their new 16 foot coop will be done tomorrow..
I don’t want to put them in there and immediately infect it with disease

Fabulous!

This is a short thread:

I think you should read it so you can learn aittle more about how coccidiosis works.

Usually once you treat a bird you don't have to worry about it again but you will probably need to keep an eye out on all future birds that come to your house for signs of it and treat quickly if you notice any.
Thank you I watched the videos they were quite helpful. The chicks are doing better today, none look on the verge of the death. All eating and drinking, day two of corid treatment in water. Some of the silkies still have swollen eyes though, should I be doing anything else for that?

That is probably something completely different...not coccidiosis related.

I would guess a respiratory illness.
Can you take a video of the swollen eyed ones or get a few clear pictures?

The chickens seem to be doing a lot better, but I found this under their wings. Almost all of them have it. It is like flakey skin
