Usually penis prolapse comes from over mating. I’m not sure what would cause it other wise but I will say my Runners were mating at 4 months an laying eggs at 4.5 months so anything is possible. lol

So it isnt suppose to come out every time he poops? I'm confused to what's going on there lol

I notice my drake's pops out after a poop if he has recently mated, but it's only the first one or 2 poops immediately after the act.
The rest of the time it should stay in place.

I somehow managed to get him to stay on his belly while I took another picture and put some polysporin on it

That's a great picture and you did a wonderful job cleaning it up. It doesn't look as bad as the one I treated, but that yellow/brown stuff is not a good sign. Did you see in my pictures how I pulled on his penis and exposed the part that was healthy? Do you think you could do that?
