Bathed my chicken she had poop butt and i pulled this out of my chickens butt. she is acting lethargic but what is it?
I can only think that it was a fairy egg that popped inside her?

You are correct, it is a soft eggshell. Its contents are internal and will most likely cause bacterial infection to take over and cause death. I recommend getting her started on Amoxicillin 250mg twice day for no more than 7 days. Hopefully she will recover.
Here's where you can order it. It's for fish but will work for chickens:
I recommend expedited shipping:

I thankfully have amox on hand and gave her some last night. I'm hoping she pulls through, but I know its a serious situation. Thank you for confirming what I suspected.

An update:
I have given 250mg of amoxicillin 2x a day orally and also enrofloxacin in the drinking water and I believe she's gonna make it. Continuing the amoxicillin for at least a few more days.

Today she is moving around and keeping up with the flock. She's eating much better and her tail is back up and held high, and her comb is much more red. She has not laid another egg yet at all, but I'm hopeful I don't lose her.
