Great to plan ahead! Here's something handy -- little, 6" bungie cords from the dollar store. I'm finding all kinds of uses for them but #1 is shown here -- holding the door closed when I'm inside.
I can even leave one clipped to the handle on the outside of the other door so I can unlatch it while I'm working in the coop and push the door open enough to unhook it and get out -- which prevents me from getting trapped inside the electric netting and having to either call someone in the house for rescue or risk getting shocked unhooking and rehooking the power. I like heavier bungees for holding tarps in place. Since they will flex, the tarps are less likely to rip.
I use these on my brooder pad.6" bungie cords
