I'm not familiar with ise ecos spray.
Personally I wouldn't spray with ACV either, just use the Permethrin as directed.
To clean the nesting boxes. I'm getting new bedding and usually spray it down with ecos or acv. It says permethrin can only be placed on chickens and not on thr floors, roost, and boxes. Only use DE on those places

There is a Permethrin 10 concentrate that I've used for coop, ground & misting chickens ( do it at night when they're roosting). Found at TSC, don't recall the ratio off hand, sorry.
Ive dusted them one morning the other day using a bowl. They stood in line like it was food. In sitting in there tonight to see if I see any mites. The one with the flickiest head has the thickest feathers.

So...
1.Nugget got her 9th day of amoxicillin. Shes eating and drinking and has a full crop.
2.Blackie Hen has had her 2nd day of Tylan. Shes walking to her food and water bowl. She kind of opens her puffy eye. Shes now sleeping with her head in her wings with a full crop.
3.The roo in the video has a very red bum and knees. I still don't see any mites on anyone. He has a full crop
4.Twin Hen is balled with with a very tiny crop. Like a marble.
5.grabbing another bag of layer feed to mix more in. We all gots the diarrhea. Definitely need an extremely slow grad of new feed.

The tiny lash egg I found on the table with poop. I put Nugget on the roost but found her walking around on the table. Not sure if it's hers.

Twin Chicken just pooped out the big lash egg right in front of me. She still has a marble crop since last night.

Cocoa also has a marble crop. Everyone else seems fine. Still didnt get the Baytril that was supposed to come yesterday.

Is Twin Chicken the one that you've been treating with the Amoxicillin?

Twin chicken is the one who looks like the one I've been treating with amoxicillin. Not sure if both of those pieces are from twin chicken. Cuz twin pooped out the big one in front of me.

Well. There is a possibility that you have more than 1 that has Salpingitis.
These are the "new" chickens correct?
If they are approximately the same age, then you don't really know their "history".
They could have a respiratory disease like Mycoplasma or Infectious Bronchitis - either of these are a cause of oviduct infection later on life. Another common cause would be E. Coli infection.
You need to try to figure out which ones are passing the lash eggs and treat them. Antibiotics can help if caught early, but usually if you are seeing lash material, then it can be quite advanced and that material at some point starts blocking the oviduct and accumulates. This can press upon the organs, block intestines, cause crop problems and eventually death.
I don't mean to sound so negative, but I believe that people need to understand what can happen. Do some reading up on Salpingitis. There are a lot of threads here on BYC.

Nugget is mine. She turns 1 in a couple days. I pulled a broken egg out of her before she pooped out a tiny lash. Twin is his. Not sure how old but shes been acting weird the last few days. Then pooped that large lash. He said they were healthy and laying eggs but I've seen only two of his sit in the nesting box. This morning I saw two of mine in boxes. I'm just afraid that they will "catch" it also.
