Pom pom has small squishy crop. She had water diarrhea this morning
Everyone elses poop is normal and hard.

Pom pom is the only one with high stepping and kicking. Shes also pecking at her belly. She kicks her left leg like kicking something off.

Tonight I'm dusting them again using a baby nasal irrigator and permethrin.
The only other high steppers are cataracts and blackie with the puffy eye. Some hens are growling.

Everyone else is just cold with their feet up to their bellies. The ground is frozen. Theres light sneezes in the coop but I did change their litter. Only still medicating 2 out of 28.

I pulled the curtains off the nesting boxes because they were covered in poop. I'm hoping they still lay their eggs.

All waterers are filled with clean water, acv, and garlic. Will mix probios in food for the ones taking tylan.

That first site has a lab thats 4 hrs away. The second one is for necropsy. Waiting on the worm count packet. Hoping the majority of this is just worms and mites that I dont see.

Those 3 girls....work on their crops. I know you are absolutely doing everything you can for them and you are putting in a lot of effort. You must be frustrated and tired, but you are doing good!:hugs

I would start with giving each one 1tsp of coconut oil and massage the crop. Do this a couple of times (coconut/massage) Maybe once early and once late.
See that they are drinking. If you can, limit how much scratch they eat and ideally they should have only their normal feed. Wet (to me) is even better.
Then re-check again in the morning.

The high stepping and pecking at the belly could be an indication the crop is going sour.
Here's a very good article that I would follow - I like to start out with just the oil and massage, then go from there

My anxiety has been really bad and I'm scared. But everyone else is outside playing just fine. Just sent mom in to grab the oil. Ill check for mites again tonight. Cuz everyone still does the head flick but I don't see anything. Been so sick over this.

With the coconut oil. Do I warm it up a bit? Guess I can read my chicken sickness book. Its been hell over here with the table chickens but everyone else is fine. I have no friends here or anyone to help me. These girls are my entire life. Just dont want them to die because of something stupid I did.

I leave the coconut oil solid or even put it in the refrigerator/freezer for a few minutes to harden it up, then I can break it up into bite size pieces. My girls will gobble up the coconut oil they love it.

17 out of 23 hens have either no crop or squishy crop. I dont know what to do I'm so lost. I am so scared. I don't want to start over. I ruined everything and dont know how to fix it.

Could it be everyone getting respiratory? Worms? Yeast infections? All of them are violently head flicking when I closed the door. I'm really scared.
