Hen always looking to the left, cause for worry?

Hello everyone! I noticed this morning that our beloved girl Clarice seemed to be always looking the the left or turning as if looking over her back. She’s still pecking and eating/drinking, but did put herself to bed early in the coop today and seemed a little less peppy than usual. She isn’t twisted around or tilting her head at an upward angle like wry neck, but I’m worried it could still be that. The only other symptom we can see is that her right nostril appears darker than her left. Does anyone have an idea of what this could be? Should I be worried? Or does this seem like a “slept wrong” situation and I’m a crazy chicken mom? 😂

Hmmm, I would check in her ears for signs of infection. I'd also check in her mouth and throat for anything unusual.
