Hen found laying on her back

It could be from her crop, can you stabilize her in a cat crate?
She's currently in a tote. We have a towel over her to keep her still. She's better than she was earlier but doesn't lift her head much and slightly bobs it when she does

Hmm. It's hanging down? You may have to mix the vitamins in water and give it to her drop at a time.

I was thinking that. We can't even get her to open her beak much. Only way we can get her a little bit of water is to dip a q-tip in it but it's not much at all.
