Hen losing balance!! sick!! help!

We de-worm via DE, Invermectin, Durvet Strike III, and Poultry Dewormer 5X, photos of the last three are shown below. A natural defense against worms is adding about a TBSP of Apple Cider Vinegar (ACV) to 1gal of drinking water as well (worms don't like vinegar). Make sure they have regular water alongside any water with the ACV. Here are photos of the products we use:

Watery poop is one of the many symptoms caused by worms.
Overall weakness, neurological disorders, crop dysfunctions, you name it.

Worms will rarely be seen in the poop, as they often stick to the intestines or even form a tangled mass that can obstruct the intestinal passage.

Indeed! Worms are a nasty reality of keeping chickens, and it can spread easily in a flock as they pick up worm eggs from the fecal matter deposited by other chickens when they scratch and forage. There's just no way around that!

Treat proactively and be vigilant. We treat our flock about every 30-45 days for worms, whether it's DE, or a medicinal type approach that we rotate through in the products shown above. The water with Apple Cider Vinegar is ALWAYS available to them too.

Have you checked for an inner Ear infection? Symptoms also fit this. Except the watery poop.

What to look for is Yellowish, cheesy crust in the ears.

DE doesn't do anything for deworming, or ridding mites.

I use Permethrin Dust for killing mites.

Apple Cider Vinegar doesn't deworm birds either, but it does help with helping the birds gut, & ability to absorb more nutrients from their feed.

I completely disagree with you on ACV for worms and DE for mites. ACV increases alkaline levels in the intestine making it a poor place for worms to thrive, and DE most certainly kills mites. DE is not proven for internal parasites, but since it doesn't hurt the bird, we use it for them internally as well. In the end,
we don't have a worm problem or a mite problem, so I offer what works for us.

I'll tag in a few people who can help.

But you do use Ivermectin Paste for deworming?
