Hen losing balance!! sick!! help!

@ILoveBabyChicks00994, what breed is your hen and how much does she weigh? Has she lost weight?
We do use Ivermectin, off-label, for de-worming proactively.
Ivermectin might treat large roundworms, and possibly cecal worms, but it will not treat capillary worms or gape worms. The better choice for treating all worms is liquid Safeguard (fenbendazole) or Valbazen (albendazole).

I sincerely hope it's not, but these symptoms can point to an avian virus. Lymphoid leucosis has these symptoms as tumors overtake a chicken's body. They can grow in the tendons, organs, and even the brain, causing the symptoms you see. Unfortunately, there is no treatment or cure. But if this chicken dies, it would be wise to get a necropsy performed so you will know if such a virus is in your flock.

I have this virus in my flock and most chickens develop resistance to it. Recently I had some young pullets with symptoms like these. I euthanized two of them when they could no longer function. When the third one got to that point, I made her comfortable in a box and drove her still alive to my state lab two hours away. They took her from me, euthanized her humanely and then did the necropsy. It was confirmed to be the disease already in my flock. I determined these pullets were not able to develop resistance as others had because an older hen had adopted them while I was still brooding them and they began to sleep under her. This is how they got the full contact with her viral shed.

Agreed. That's why my post above mentions rotating among them, but I seem to recall some worm variant that Fenbendazole won't treat. Nonetheless, at least one of the products mentioned in my post above has Fenbendazole as the active ingredient.

I live in Egypt,

just gave her an antibiotic, hope it works, will give her a dewormer after a while ): hope it works,
OP is in Egypt and has given an antibiotic. Will be giving a dewormer as well.

Hopefully if problem is infection and/or worms, the issue will be resolved soon. Unfortunately sometimes de-worming and antibiotics is not the answer, but let's hope for the best.

I'm very uneducated on chickens' breeds in general 😅 she's around 2-3 kg. I don't think she lost any weight than the other day, i gave her a dewormer then another round of vitamins. She's still alive thankfully, not sure if she's getting better or not, but I'll get a new type of dewormer tomorrow, and see how it goes.

Can you post some pictures of her?

I gave her a dewormer, she's now able to walk around for a bit! Which is great, still loses coordination after a couple of steps then balances her self with her wings! I also noticed that her poop is black, it's solid not diaherea now. Can it be because of the vitamins? They're iron-free. Or the antibiotics/dewormer?

She keeps spitting the food also ): so I'm keeping her on a little bit extra vitamins and trying to force feed whenever I can. I'm giving her also yoghurt and garlic water.
