Hen or Rooster???

This is one of our just over 11 week old Barred Rocks. She is starting to get a pointy tail which my other does not have. What are your thoughts???? Hen or Rooster??? Thanks for the help in advance.

Here is my other who I'm pretty confident is a hen.

So my first post with the 3 pictures was the one I'm questioning. So even with the pointed tail you still think it's a pullet?

Yup we definitely knew that. Unfortunately both our Production Reds are roosters.
