hen or rooster?

i have what i believe are 2 EE but one tail is bigger-longer than other, can anyone tell me what i have. they are 5 months old. ok the only way i know to do pics.

The first picture you posted is a hen. I'm not sure about the second picture, but the third is a hen. Also, if you could post a picture showing the second chicken's legs I might be able to tell its gender.

the second one has green legs thats the brown and grey one the black and rust has some feathers down the legs and i think the legs are brownish black

I need to know if the chicken has a sort of knob on its leg between the knee and the foot.

i was hoping this was a hen but i swear it was after a hen tonight so now i am having doubts

If it does or it starts crowing or courting you have yourself a rooster.

I would most definitely keep that one if its a rooster because its so beautiful. boy do i have a problem here are my roosters and they all look so good but hubby will never never let me keep them all.
