Hen or too?

Having a hard time determining if she’s a hen or not!
She’s a silver laced Cochin (I believe )

He is 1000% a cockerel! It is very evident by his saddle, hackle and sickle feathers. I’m not sure how you weren’t able to tell.

He’s a cockerel. Looks more like a Brahma than Cochin however with the comb. Pointed saddle and hackle feathers (and sickles) are a male only trait. Females have rounded saddle feathers. Sometimes first timers don’t know that but it’s okay, we’re here to help! I’m sure someone else can clarify is he’s a Brahma as I’m not overly experienced with the breed.
