Hen that has moulted now sounding hoarse

I posted recently regarding my hen moulting three times in about 3-4 months she is now sounding a little hoarse then her normal brpp brpp sound. Is there anything else I should look out for as know they can hide illness. She's eating and drinking as normal and is showing normal behaviour. She has tried to caw earlier and she sounded strained when doing this. I know what may have caused the issue but need advice on treatment.

For some odd reason when my D'uccle molted she sneezed through the whole molt. At first I went into complete panic mode and brought her into the house away from all the others for fear of respiratory illness. After 5 days in the house with no other symptoms I reluctantly put her back out with her friends. She never developed any other symptoms and neither did any of the others. Once her feathers starting coming back in her sneezing stopped. No idea what was going on there. Maybe your girl is going through something similar to mine. If she seems fine otherwise I would just monitor and see what happens.
