Hen with facial discharge! HELP!!

So for the past week, my columbian rock hen has been having clear discharge coming from her nose and eyes. How can I stop this? She seems to be very happy and is still active. We just treated our flock and coop for mites and lice, could this be related? She’s the only one showing these symptoms.
The egg production of the whole flock has kind of slowed down too, but they don’t look sick at all.

Is this the only possibility? i don’t want anything bad to happen to my poor baby. she’s been my favourite from the start, so watching her go this this is torture.
That can be a symptom of mycoplasma (MG,) a chronic respiratory disease. It cannot be cured, but symptoms can be treated with some antibiotics, such as Tylosin (Tylan,) oxytetracycline, enrofloxacin (Baytril,) and Denagard. Here is a good article to read:
