Hen With Foot Growth (not bumble foot)

I'm had to leave the farm for a few days but as soon as I get back I will soak it. She didn't seem to be in any pain or discomfort. It isn't hard like a stone or anything but it feels like a hard heel.
Once I've soaked it and cleaned it I will post new pictures, probably on Wednesday.

I took the pictures last minute so it makes it look WAAAYY worse then it actually is in person. Her feet look healthy in every other way and the tips of her feet are normal as well. Just this one random little white lump that I can't wrap my head around

Whoa! I agree something is embedded/stuck in her foot and that soaking to get a better look is in order. Looking forward to seeing how this pans out!

I would also like to see some photos of the top of the feet/front of the legs.
If you have a helper, have them take photos while you spread the foot pad open. I'm not going to speculate quite just yet.
