Hen with poopy but

Ok the poopy isn't as gooped on as I expected.
Which is good.

What I would do if she were my hen.....

Another bath.
Trim feathers to help keep things cleaner.
Try to verify that the yellow isn't egg yolk from a broken egg inside.
Yes a vent exam internally for broken shell.
Apply monistat to the vent and surrounding tissue.
Dose orally with monistat twice a day. Reapply to her bum once each day.

No feed that is high in yeast.
For food I would give wetted all flock or chick starter with a quarter teaspoon of ACV mixed in and offer a boiled egg.

Basically trying to reset the whole digestive tract acid balance.

Oh and check her crop for a sour smell too please.

The treatment I suggested is for sour crop and vent gleet. The gleet tends to be found in conjunction with sour crop.
Thank you for your help! I will check. I still worry a little that it could possibly be internal laying.
One of the pictures is on that post is double, but not a big deal. Sorry your hen isn't feeling good. Poor girl.
The first and second pictures are slightly different, you can tell if you look at the position of her head.

It still could be unfortunately.

There isn't a whole lot that can be done there except trying antibiotics for infection and implants to prevent ovum release or trying to have her spayed. It gets very costly.
