Thank you everyone, i managed to take her to the vet and she thought it was an absyss under the skin where the pus has hardened and she gave us some antibiotics that will hopefully help.

Not much. The swelling seemed to have gone down a bit but it hasnt gone away. Shes happy otherwise but her eye and nostril is still weepy and her eye sometimes gets a bit bubbly. :/ I hoped shed heal up on her own but now she doesnt seem to be doing any better

I am dealing with some eye issues to and from all my searching I can say that that is eye worms. If you can hold her head you can pop that sucker right out and if she still has an eye it will look 100 times better. Think of it as a big pimple cause that pretty much what it is

Oh i just looked it up and i think youre right! An eyeworm seems like its exactly whats wrong with her. Thank you so so much
